Clients accept and consent that Perfekt Capital Limited may, from time to time, contractually engage companies for statistical and/or other purposes in order to improve the Firm’s business activities; as a result, some or all of the clients’ personal data may be disclosed.

We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means any subsidiaries, ultimate holding companies and its respective subsidiaries may receive such information. We may also share your information with certain third parties, including business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors and advertisers. As one of the many services offered by Perfekt Capital Limited Trading, the company provides an option for Mirror Trading and/or Copy Trading and/or Social Trading. Any client deciding to use this facility understands that:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results. A trader who has been successful for a substantial amount of time may not always be successful.
• The decision of whether to use the service offered is that of the client alone.
• The decision of which trader to copy is that of the client alone.
• Any trades on the Social Trader / Mirror Trader / Copy Trader / Third party signals are the responsibility of the client alone. Perfekt Capital Limited is not responsible in any way for the success or lack thereof of a trader the client decides to copy

A reminder - trading foreign exchange and futures on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you, as well as to your advantage. Perfekt Capital Limited reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by rules and regulations and when the Firm believes that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with any judicial and/or other proceedings, court order, legal process served or pursuant to governmental, intergovernmental and/or other regulatory bodies. • documents that let us verify your Back Office, namely documents that verify your identity (passport, driver's license) and documents that confirm the place of residence (utility bill, bank statement);
• Documents, that confirm money transfer (in case of bank transfer, based on the company's decision).

Return Policy

The company may go for an exception in some cases when it is necessary to return the payment made by the credit card, but only if the client justifies the reason of doing this. Return of funds is made only on the credit card that was used for depositing.

Refusal to Provide Personal Information

You have the right to refuse to provide personal information required by the regulations, if it goes against your beliefs. However, in this case, we would not be able to provide you our services.
